The Belgian (globe)trotter is the blog of Michiel (Michael in Dutch), born in Antwerp, Belgium in 1981.

I’ve had the privilege of traveling already to a lot of countries around the world. For one because I like to travel and see new things but also because, as a kid, I lived in different countries. (to name a few: Kenya, South Africa, UAE, Switzerland)
This blog is actually meant to be a digital collection of things I noted during my stays in these countries. It could prove handy to people wanting to go to these countries and happen to stumble upon this blog.

Professionally, I’m a Implementation Consultant specialized in business solutions. (especially Microsoft Dynamics AX) and a freelance web developer.

The Belgian Trotter is a new blog using a new domain. This site used to be called Psyked-Out.com. It was a community for a group of friends. We had a lot of fun discussing about all kind of stuff.
The site contained video’s, images, flash games and a few contests once in a while.

Now the revamped site will mainly focus on my trip around the world and on a few personal subjects I like to write about.
A few facts about this site:
